Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is seeking a logistics specialist to join a world leader in engineering technology, supporting UK and global import/export operations and overseeing repair orders.

You will report to the UK Shipping Manager, manage paperwork, ensure compliance with customs, and coordinate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to keep international trade and repair flows running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Background in import/export with understanding of compliance/regulations
• Experience in import/export-focused business and warehouse environment
• Technical ability with SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft software
• Strong communicator, pragmatic, self-motivated and able to work without supervision

Responsibilities

• Support import/export and assist in management of UK and global repair orders
• Handle paperwork and processes for UK/Global orders and repair shipments
• Ensure deliveries are monitored and customs are adhered to
• Maintain and record all import/export controls and documentation per regulatory agencies
• Support internal customers and different teams across sales, logistics, warehouse and procurement

We are looking for specialists within logistics and trade to join a world leader in engineering technology, in a role which is critical to supporting global import and export operations, alongside overseeing repair orders for both the UK and worldwide.

Role & Responsibilities

• Reporting into the UK Shipping Manager, you'll support import/export and assist in the management of orders for UK and global repairs.
• Paperwork and processes of UK/Global orders and repair shipments
• Ensuring deliveries are monitored and customs are adhered to.
• Maintain and effectively record all import/export controls and documentation, ensuring these comply with regulatory agencies
• Support to internal customers and different teams across the business - sales, logistics, warehouse, procurement

What are we looking for

• A background within Import&Export, with an understanding of compliance and trade regulations
• Commercial awareness with experience working within an import/export focused business and warehouse environment
• Technical ability with SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft software products
• Personality: Strong communicator, pragmatic, self-motivated and able to work without supervision
