Job summary

CEVA Logistics UK&I is seeking an experienced Export Customer Service Coordinator in Hounslow to manage export orders from receipt to completion, ensuring timely processing and exceptional customer service.

You will collaborate with operational and shared service teams, monitor KPIs, and provide proactive updates to customers while building strong relationships to drive growth and retention.

• Experience in export freight forwarding and customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage export customer orders and ensure accurate shipment processing within internal systems.
• Coordinate with operational and shared service teams to ensure shipments are entered and executed correctly.
• Monitor shipments against agreed customer KPIs and service commitments.
• Provide timely milestone updates to customers and act as primary contact for enquiries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth.
• Support development of customer account plans and joint business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer solutions and expand service offerings.
• Work with Business Development on tenders and solution proposals.
