Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day export and import operations with compliant workflows.
• Prepare export/import docs, customs paperwork and shipment records.
• Coordinate customs clearance and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders and internal teams.
• Provide supervision to a small admin team and improve processes.
• Prepare products for shipment and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Support broader admin tasks across service, scheduling, sales and office ops.
