Job summary

INDCOM in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an organised Export Coordinator to join our growing team on a full-time basis. You will manage customer orders, coordinate with distributors and freight forwarders, and handle export documentation to ensure worldwide shipments are accurate and timely.

You will bring strong export shipping experience, attention to detail, and excellent communication. The role offers a fast-paced international environment with opportunities for growth and close collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in export shipping and international logistics.
• Experience in customer service, sales support or order processing.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proficient IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Communicate with customers, distributors, agents and freight forwarders across international markets.
• Process customer orders accurately using internal systems.
• Coordinate with production, logistics and other internal teams to progress orders.
• Arrange international shipments and manage export logistics.
• Prepare and check export documentation, including invoices and packing lists.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping requirements and export regulations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Process customer complaints and support resolutions.
• Provide sales support to Head of Sales and wider international team.
• Produce market and sales information for business reporting.
