Job summary

Brampton Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Export Coordinator for a well-established manufacturing business in Stoke on Trent. You will handle customer communications, order processing and international shipping, supporting customers, distributors, agents and markets.

The role requires experience in export or shipping, familiarity with export documents, and strong IT skills. Hybrid work: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home after training; salary competitive with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Export or Shipping is essential.
• Knowledge of export documentation and accuracy in completing such documents.
• Good communication and telephone skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, agents, distributors and freight forwarders.
• Enter customer orders onto the system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to progress orders.
• Understand shipping terms and what is required to ship internationally.
• Arrange international shipments and complete export documentation (invoices, packing lists).
• Answer customer queries and process complaints.
• Support the Head of Sales for your markets.
• Provide accurate information for internal reports.
