Job summary

Multiplier is seeking a Strategic Project Manager, Implementation, to own delivery for Multiplier's most complex and commercially important customer implementations. These are large, multi-country programmes with senior stakeholders, integrations and tight timelines, where the implementation has a direct impact on the customer relationship and revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing enterprise implementations with payroll, HR tech, EOR or SaaS.
• Experience delivering large, multi-country programmes with senior stakeholders.
• Confident in executive-level conversations and escalations.
• Experience recovering troubled projects and complex changes.
• Strong commercial awareness and scope/change control.
• Expert in RAID, RACI, critical path and phased rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of strategic accounts from signature to go-live.
• Build programme plans across countries and workstreams with milestones.
• Set up governance, steering committees and escalation routes.
• Lead executive governance meetings with alignment on scope and risk.
• Plan phased, multi-country rollouts and coordinate with PMs.
• Maintain RAID log and manage risks to keep go-live dates.
• Manage scope and approvals for out-of-scope requests and changes.
• Coordinate HR/Finance/IT data workstreams with customer teams.
• Recover programmes behind plan and rebuild customer confidence.
• Provide status reporting to executives and leadership.
• Support Sales in late-stage deals with delivery timelines.
• Ensure readiness and smooth handover to Operations and Customer Success.
• Mentor Project Managers and raise team PM standards.
• Feed lessons back into templates and tooling.
