Job summary

3E is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead complex customer implementations across multiple products and workstreams. You’ll translate customer scope into an executable delivery plan, manage risk and dependencies, and partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, and partners to drive a successful customer outcome.

You’ll supervise governance, establish acceptance criteria, report on health metrics, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope while

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software implementation or professional services experience.
• Experience leading complex customer implementations with multiple workstreams.
• Owns project plans, milestones, risks and communication with customers.
• Strong ability to coordinate across product, engineering and data teams.
• Able to communicate credibly with senior customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer implementations across products and workstreams.
• Translate scopes of work into an integrated delivery strategy and plan.
• Lead technical discovery and planning with customers and internal teams.
• Own master implementation plan and coordinate specialists and resources.
• Establish success criteria and governance; report project health and risks.
• Drive post-onboarding value realization and customer outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations with prioritization.
• Collaborate with Commercial on handoffs and renewals.
