Job summary

Stratospherec Ltd. seeks an experienced Implementation Manager to deliver ERP software implementations from mobilisation through go-live and stabilisation.

You will lead multiple ERP projects, maintain strong customer contact, and orchestrate cross-functional teams across workshops, training, and delivery activities. Accountability for delivery quality within governance and commercial scope, translating product intent into successful customer outcomes, with occasional travel to customer sites

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end ERP or complex system implementation delivery.
• Strong business analysis and consultancy (process mapping, gap analysis).
• Demonstrated risk, issue and dependency management with timely escalation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication from operational to executive levels.
• Proficient with delivery tooling (plans, RAID, backlogs, test evidence).
• Strong documentation, numeracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and provide out-of-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from mobilisation to go-live and early life support.
• Maintain an up-to-date delivery plan, RAID and stage gates, report progress.
• Lead discovery, business process mapping and gap analysis within scope.
• Translate findings into a clear delivery backlog with acceptance criteria.
• Lead cutover planning and ensure go-live readiness and support.
