3E is hiring an Implementation Project Manager to lead large, multi-product customer implementations. You will turn customer scope into an executable plan, coordinate specialists across Product, Engineering, Data and partner teams, and ensure on-time delivery and measurable outcomes.

You will challenge assumptions, manage risks, and keep customers and leadership informed with data-backed reporting throughout delivery. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex customer implementations with multiple workstreams and products.
• Strong stakeholder communication and risk management skills.
• Technical aptitude to coordinate data integration and delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex new-logo, cross-sell, and Value Realization implementations.
• Translate scopes into an integrated delivery strategy covering products, workstreams, milestones, resources, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead technical discovery and pre-integration planning with customers and internal teams.
• Own the master implementation plan and coordinate implementation specialists and product teams.
• Establish measurable success criteria and governance across projects.
