The eCom House partners with a fast-growing British consumer brand to recruit a Head of E-Commerce who will own strategy, performance and growth across UK and international markets. Reporting to the founders, you will lead trading calendars, CRO, merchandising, Shopify roadmap, and develop a high-performing ecommerce team across marketing, CRM and operations.

This is a senior, commercially focused role with real influence over business strategy and investment decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Significant ecommerce leadership within a consumer brand or DTC retailer.
• Proven track record of driving online growth and commercial performance.
• Strong knowledge of digital trading, customer acquisition economics and profitability.
• Experience with Shopify or a comparable platform; familiarity with website development and optimization.
• Ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders and balance strategy with delivery.

Aufgaben

• Own and implement the ecommerce growth strategy across UK, USA and international markets.
• Drive online revenue, conversion, AOV and profitability.
• Lead the trading calendar, promotions and product launches.
• Develop website experience, CRO and digital merchandising.
• Own the Shopify roadmap and coordinate with external partners.
• Lead and develop the ecommerce team across marketing, CRM and operations.
• Partner with founders to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
