Michael Page is seeking a Head of Ecommerce for an established DTC food brand in the UK. You will own the ecommerce performance, lead a broad trading plan, and drive acquisition, CRM, loyalty and subscription initiatives.

The role reports to the MD and partners with senior leadership across buying, product, and supply chain. Criteria include senior ecommerce experience in a DTC/consumer brand, proven growth in DTC channels, and hands-on mastery of Shopify and Klaviyo.

Qualificações

• Senior ecommerce experience within a DTC, FMCG or consumer brand.
• Experience owning the commercial performance of an ecommerce channel.
• Track record of scaling a DTC business during growth.
• Experience in DTC food or subscription-led business advantageous.
• Strong digital trading across pricing, promotions and campaigns.
• Understand acquisition, onsite conversion, CRM, loyalty and retention.
• Experience with subscriptions and repeat purchases.
• Practical use of Shopify and Klaviyo or similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own the DTC ecommerce channel's commercial performance and growth plan.
• Build the digital trading plan across pricing, promotions, bundles, launches.
• Develop acquisition strategy across paid, owned, organic channels.
• Shape CRM, loyalty, segmentation and automated journeys.
• Guide NPD with customer insights and product launches.
• Collaborate with MD and senior leadership across functions.
