Job summary

Domaine, the world’s largest independent Shopify design and development partner, seeks a Commercial Director to drive new business and manage European and UK client relationships. You will lead strategic sales, tailor solutions with internal teams, and close high-value deals with senior stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in ecommerce sales or account management, a proven track record of meeting targets, and strong knowledge of ecommerce and the Shopify ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce sales, business development, or account management, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven success closing high-value deals and meeting sales targets.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce, Shopify ecosystem, and digital agency landscape.
• Excellent communication to build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker capable of navigating complex sales cycles.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and engage with key clients across Europe & the UK.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client goals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals communicating Domaine’s value.
• Manage and grow existing accounts with upsell opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends to inform strategy.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and client engagement.
