Job summary

Naked Nutrition seeks an experienced International E-Commerce Manager or Director to own and grow the business across the UK and EU, with autonomy to expand into new markets. You will manage international P&L, set country strategies, and tackle regulatory, logistic, and localization challenges, working directly with the CMO and founder to turn strategy into measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce
• Full P&L ownership with revenue and profitability responsibility
• Experience with EU Amazon marketplaces
• Proven track record launching new geographic markets
• Experience with supplement/health brands
• Strong commercial judgment and budgeting ability
• Analytical and able to turn data into decisions

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, profitability, budgets, forecasting for UK and EU markets
• Develop country-specific growth strategies across established markets
• Evaluate and launch new markets with market sizing, pricing, localization, and launch planning
• Set acquisition budgets by market across DTC and Amazon
• Ensure localization and regulatory compliance across markets
• Manage external partners and agencies and define performance expectations
• Analyze market data to identify causes of underperformance and propose solutions
