Job summary

Naked Nutrition is seeking an experienced International E-Commerce Manager/Director to own and grow its business across the UK and EU, with autonomy to drive expansion into new global markets.

You’ll own the international P&L, set country strategies, and tackle regulatory, localization, and logistics challenges while collaborating with the CMO and founder to turn strategy into measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of e-commerce experience.
• Full P&L ownership with revenue and profitability responsibility.
• Experience with EU Amazon marketplaces.
• Proven track record launching geographic markets.
• Experience in supplement, nutrition, health, or wellness brands.
• Strong commercial judgment and budget-management ability.
• Exceptional problem-solving; data-driven decision making.
• Experience growing UK and EU e-commerce businesses.

Responsibilities

• Own international P&L for UK and EU, driving revenue and profitability.
• Develop country-specific growth strategies and budgets.
• Evaluate and launch new markets with localization and regulatory compliance.
• Manage acquisition budgets across DTC and marketplaces, with agencies.
• Coordinate localization of products, listings, and marketing.
• Lead partner management and performance analysis for leadership review.
