Job summary

Keyloop seeks a Senior Professional Services Domain Lead to own end-to-end PS performance, governance, and delivery quality within the domain. You will work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and CS to ensure profitable, repeatable engagements that deliver measurable customer outcomes.

The role demands deep domain expertise across Fusion and DMS products, plus strong leadership of global PS teams and a commitment to continuous improvement and scaled delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Professional Services within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Demonstrable commercial acumen: revenue, margin, scoping, and sales support.
• Deep domain expertise in Keyloop products and delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own domain knowledge base and ensure global PS teams have required skills.
• Drive delivery consistency across geographically distributed teams.
• Lead domain delivery methodology, configurations, and reusable components.
• Ensure customer outcomes are validated and adoption is tracked.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and CS to align roadmaps.
• Build a domain centre of excellence with best practices and patterns.
