Job summary

Keyloop is seeking a seasoned Consultant to act as internal and customer SME, delivering Finance, CRM, Technical or ERP deployments. You will develop, evolve, and retain knowledge for delivery across DMS, Manufacturer Systems, and country specifics, ensuring quality, time management, and compliance with Surestart methodologies.

The role engages with customers both remotely and on-site, aligning product knowledge, processes, and artifacts to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience and proven track record in Finance, CRM, Technical or ERP deployments in consultancy/SME roles.
• Proven ability to define and maintain end-to-end business processes for optimal delivery of software.
• Process-driven with ability to handle change and work under pressure.
• Commercially astute with strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Automotive Aftersales is desirable but not essential.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Open to challenges and continuous improvement; motivated and collaborative.
• Team player who builds good relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Standardization, efficiency, and adaptability to evolving product.
• Embed and maintain a continuously evolving blueprint for product delivery.
• Ensure readiness of product knowledge to deliver on projects.
• Attend product reviews to ensure alignment with blueprint and skills.
• Provide feedback to product from field data and situations.
• Balance priorities to achieve business results.
• Support Lead Consultant in decisions based on facts and 360 perspectives.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments to drive successful project outcomes.
