Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Global Service Delivery Leadership Director within Group Managed Services. This highly visible role leads a substantial international service delivery community and ensures delivery against customer commitments, SLAs, and commercial targets.

You will partner with Sales, Service Management and customers to drive service improvements, manage escalations, and build strong relationships across geographies.

Qualifications

• Senior service delivery leadership experience in a large organisation.
• Commercial and operational acumen balancing customer, operational and financial priorities.
• Stakeholder and customer management with executive-level influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, high-performing global service delivery function (~300 people).
• Ensure services meet SLAs, customer expectations and contractual commitments with a focus on service improvement.
• Drive headcount, utilisation, cost and P&L targets for the function.
• Partner with Sales and customers to understand challenges and opportunities, guiding actions.
• Own escalations and service-improvement plans to resolve issues quickly in a high-pressure environment.
• Provide governance and assurance across deals, service changes, and policy compliance.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and service partners across geographies.
• Champion global collaboration to deliver consistent, high-quality service outcomes.
