Job summary

Kinetic in the United Kingdom seeks a Head of Professional Services to own end-to-end delivery of implementation, onboarding, and post-go-live services for higher education clients, ensuring rapid value realization and measurable outcomes.

You will lead a growing PS team, scale the delivery model, align with Sales, Product, and client teams, and drive margin, governance, and capacity planning while maintaining a high standard of customer relationships across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading Professional Services or Delivery in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder implementations for enterprise customers.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to forecast PS activity and grow revenue.
• Trusted leader with ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage difficult conversations.
• Experience building and improving delivery processes for scale and repeatability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of implementation, onboarding, and post-go-live services for higher education clients.
• Define and embed a scalable PS delivery methodology and governance structures.
• Drive time-to-value, on-time/on-budget delivery, and billable utilisation metrics.
• Oversee offshore delivery resources and ensure quality and communication alignment.
• Serve as senior escalation point and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and client-facing teams to ensure feasible, profitable engagements.
