Job summary

As a trusted advisor, you will mentor peers, influence delivery practices, and help shape the governance and regulatory aspects of the platform. A strong track record in enterprise services and travel readiness is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of client-facing Professional Services experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise IT projects as an individual contributor or team lead.
• Experience engaging across Professional Services, Product Management, and other functions.
• Ability to lead and influence complex design and delivery decisions across multiple engagements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to chair meetings and host webinars.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% to support customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for complex the company implementations, ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes and platform capabilities.
• Act as the solution authority across engagements, guiding teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with strategic customers and act as a senior advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Analyse customer business processes and provide strategic recommendations to optimize the platform usage.
• Monitor and guide customer adoption to ensure long-term value and alignment with goals.
• Partner with Delivery Managers and Project Managers to manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Serve as primary solution escalation point for complex challenges and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with CX Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to scope solutions and transitions.
• Represent the voice of the customer to Product Management and Engineering to influence platform direction.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, contributing to delivery methodologies and enablement.
