Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS Implementation and Solution Lead to shape end-to-end Fusion SaaS solutions for large transformation programs. You will lead solution design, governance, and delivery across multiple workstreams, engaging client stakeholders and partners to ensure high quality outcomes.

The role requires strong Oracle SaaS knowledge, multi‑discipline coordination, and a credible ability to influence at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering Oracle Fusion SaaS solutions in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications and architecture considerations.
• Experience on large-scale implementations with multiple workstreams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall solution architecture across requirements, data, integrations, reporting, security and environments.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to go-live and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate cross‑workstream dependencies, risks, and design decisions with programme leadership.
• Engage client stakeholders at all levels and translate complex topics into business language.
• Support business development activities and identify follow-on opportunities.
