Responsibilities

• Effectively Manage workloads and turnaround times expected by our clients
• Be aware of both client and MSC UK priorities and requirements
• Resolve Customer queries within set deadlinesDevelop relationships with customers to better understand their requirements to evolve and enhance their service level and customer experience
• Awareness of all documentation processes
• Administer clerical tasks and procedures accurately and efficiently
• Improve customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service.
• Contribute to a positive climate through a positive attitude to work and support for colleagues and other team members
