Alexander Steele are recruiting an Export Coordinator for a Glasgow-based global logistics and freight forwarding business. The role is onsite in Glasgow, offering a salary of £32,000 - £35,000 and a standard Mon-Fri 9am-5pm workday.

You will manage ocean export shipments from booking to delivery, liaise with customers, carriers and internal stakeholders, ensure documentation and customs compliance, track shipments and handle invoicing with a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, shipping or international logistics.
• Knowledge of ocean export processes and documentation.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
