Job summary

Marioff is seeking a dedicated Service and Aftermarket Coordinator to support UK maintenance and service operations from Glasgow. The role emphasizes organizing and scheduling field engineer visits, maintaining service records, and ensuring smooth customer communication.

You will manage documentation, assist with parts inventory, and collaborate with Sales and Technical Support to deliver reliable service and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a coordination/administrative role, preferably in service or maintenance.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service and maintenance visits for field engineers.
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs and customer communications.
• Prepare work orders, invoices and reports, and assist with spare parts inventory.
• Act as first point of contact for service inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up.
