Job summary

• Well organized with excellent communication and a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor SAP ERP purchase orders and process customer orders through to delivery.
• Respond to customer quote requests and generate quotes for goods, services and repairs.
• Manage and monitor international shipments, including shipping, customs and export documentation.
• Use the CRM system to record and manage customer interactions with a professional tone across channels.
• Contribute to KPIs, targets and service standards, and identify process improvements.
