Job summary

LRQA is seeking a Commercial Data Executive to define and govern commercial data across LRQA systems globally, using Dynamics 365 CRM as the foundation. The role collaborates with the Technical CRM Lead and central Data function to implement data standards and reporting, across regions and lines of service.

Responsibilities include leading CRM data initiatives, platform implementations for Marketing Automation, and ensuring data quality through AI-driven cleansing and deduplication.

Qualifications

• Experience defining commercial data structures and standards in Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
• Ability to lead platform implementation projects with technical teams.
• Ability to define reporting requirements across diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of data governance, taxonomy design and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Define commercial data structures and standards in Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Lead data governance, taxonomies and validation rules across the business.
• Own CRM data initiatives in partnership with the Technical CRM Lead.
• Coordinate platform implementations for marketing automation and revenue intelligence.
• Specify data requirements for integrations and avoid duplicate sources.
• Provide commercial perspective during tool evaluations.
• Apply AI/automation for data cleansing, deduplication and quality checks.
• Collaborate with LRQA BI team to improve Power BI reporting estate.
