Job summary

LRQA seeks a Commercial Analyst to shape how commercial data is structured and governed across global systems, using Dynamics 365 CRM as the backbone. The role collaborates with the Sales organisation and central Data function, guiding data standards and platform implementations across regions.

You will lead data governance, platform projects, and automation initiatives while partnering with BI teams to optimise reporting and analytics for varied audiences.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM data structures.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms or revenue intelligence tools.
• Experience leading platform implementation projects.
• Ability to define reporting requirements across audiences.
• Understanding data governance and taxonomy.
• Experience applying AI or automation to improve data quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-region collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, structured work approach.

Responsibilities

• Define commercial data structures and standards in Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Define data standards, taxonomies and validation rules.
• Lead ongoing commercial CRM data initiatives with Technical CRM Lead.
• Support implementation of new commercial systems and tool requirements.
• Define commercial data requirements for integrations between CRM and other systems.
• Provide commercial input during evaluation of new tools.
• Identify and apply AI or automation for data cleansing and deduplication.
• Rationalise Power BI reporting estate with LRQA BI team.
• Establish repeatable processes for maintaining data quality.
