LRQA
To provide flexible, hands‑on support across LRQA's sales enablement activities — helping the sales population work more effectively through CRM support, learning content, and administration of our core sales tools. This is a broad, evolving role designed to flex with the priorities of the wider sales enablement function.
Hybrid - based from LRQA's Birmingham office 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the week.
(this list is indicative, not exhaustive — priorities may shift as the function evolves)
Some prior experience with CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot) and/or sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo. Comfortable administering software tools — managing licences, user access, and basic configuration. Strong attention to detail, particularly around data and admin accuracy. Confident picking up new systems quickly, without needing extensive onboarding. Clear communicator, comfortable supporting a global, geographically dispersed sales audience. Organised and self-directed - able to work across multiple tools and priorities without a fixed daily task list.
This role is intentionally broad. Responsibilities will develop over time in line with the needs of the sales enablement function, and the postholder should expect variety rather than a fixed routine.
