Job summary

LRQA is seeking a Commercial Analyst to define and govern commercial data across LRQA's global CRM, using Dynamics 365 and working with the Sales organisation and central Data function. The role reports to the Group Sales Director and operates across all LRQA regions.

You will lead data projects, set standards, enable platform implementations, and shape insights through Power BI and related tools for diverse stakeholders in multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Define and govern commercial data structures and standards across LRQA systems.
• Explain data taxonomy, validation rules and attribution models from a commercial perspective.
• Lead CRM data initiatives and collaborate with Technical CRM Lead and BI teams.
• Act as commercial SME during platform implementations (Marketing Automation, Revenue Intelligence).
• Define data requirements for system integration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Data Requirements – define data structures in Dynamics 365 CRM and work with Tech CRM Lead.
• Data Governance – enforce standards and taxonomies across the business.
• CRM Data Projects – lead CRM data initiatives with Tech CRM Lead on design and delivery.
• Platform Implementation – act as SME during implementations of new systems.
• Systems Integration – define data requirements for CRM and other systems.
• Platform Evaluation – provide commercial data perspective in tool selection.
• Data Quality & Automation – apply AI and automation for data cleansing and deduplication.
• Commercial Reporting Strategy – specify audience needs and coordinate with BI to improve Power BI estate.
• Process & Documentation – establish repeatable data quality processes.
