Job summary

Anthropic Limited seeks an experienced Compensation Partner to lead compensation for international locations, adapting a global framework to local markets while ensuring regulatory compliance and competitive positioning.

You will partner with regional leadership, People Partners, and recruiting to execute comp cycles end-to-end, perform benchmarking, currency considerations, and provide guidance on pay decisions and job evaluations across regions.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in compensation across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience localizing global compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Own compensation for international locations, building scalable processes and infrastructure across key markets.
• Adapt compensation frameworks for local market practice, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics.
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, People Partners, and recruiting to navigate ambiguous problems.
• Own end-to-end comp cycle execution for international employees, including benchmarking, budget modeling, currency considerations, and exec-ready rollups.
• Navigate international regulatory environments, ensuring compliance with local pay and employment requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise and counsel on pay decisions, policies, and job evaluations across regions.
