Job summary

Ant International is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits expert to lead our EMEA C&B strategy from London. This is our first dedicated C&B hire in the region, reporting to the Global Head and collaborating with HR and business leaders to shape policy and programs across multiple countries.

You will design and govern regional and global compensation programs, oversee annual reviews and incentive schemes, benchmark against market data, and ensure competitive, compliant solutions that

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in developing regional/global compensation programs and processes in a high-growth tech/fintech environment.
• Strong knowledge of market practices, trends and benchmark data across multiple countries.
• Experience partnering with HR business partners and leaders on compensation & benefits issues.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of C&B policies.
• Co-design and develop short-term and long-term incentive schemes.
• Lead the annual compensation review cycle and benefits programs.
• Ensure market-competitive benefit designs aligned with company culture and C&B philosophy.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data and recommend improvements.
• Benchmark and analyze market data for country-level decisions.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to provide solutions on compensation & benefits.
