Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Compensation Partner to join the Total Rewards team and lead compensation for our international locations as we build out a global presence.

This role will design and execute compensation programs, adapting a global framework to local markets while ensuring legal compliance and competitive dynamics across regions. You’ll work closely with People Partners, recruiting, and leadership to translate strategy into actionable decisions.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in compensation, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Experience across multiple countries or regions.
• Knowledge of international compensation practices and the regulatory landscape.
• Experience localizing global compensation programs.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication.
• Strong collaboration and program management.
• Ability to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own compensation for our international locations, building scalable processes.
• Support compensation framework and adapt it for local markets and legal requirements.
• Act as strategic compensation partner to international leadership.
• Own comp cycle execution for international employees, including benchmarking and budget modeling.
• Navigate international regulatory environments, ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain international benchmarking methodology.
• Provide counsel on pay decisions and job evaluations.
• Create data narratives and presentations for leadership.
• Partner to develop scalable processes for consistent pay decisions.
• Deliver enablement on our compensation philosophy and programs.
