Job summary

Harvey AI is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to drive our international compensation approach across EMEA and APAC, extending our philosophy beyond the US. This is the first dedicated role in our international team, and you will help shape how Harvey positions pay and equity as we scale globally.

You’ll partner closely with People Business Partners, Recruiting, and the broader Compensation team to ensure programs are competitive, thoughtful, and scalable, bringing deep equity expertise

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of compensation experience.
• Experience supporting international compensation across EMEA and/or APAC.
• Meaningful equity compensation experience and ability to explain equity in diverse markets.
• Experience at a US-headquartered company or in global programs.
• Start-up or scale-up environment experience with evolving practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Compensation BP for EMEA and APAC, understanding teams, markets, and hiring needs across regions.
• Collaborate with People Partners and business leaders on offers, promotions, and mobility decisions.
• Partner with Recruiting to advise on offers and market competitiveness.
• Help evolve Harvey's international compensation strategy, including geographic differentiation and equity approach.
• Translate Harvey's equity philosophy across markets with varying expectations.
• Research compensation trends and external data to inform recommendations.
• Work with Compensation team on cycles, benchmarking, and band development for international coverage.
• Identify where US practices translate internationally and advise on changes.
