We are seeking someone to own and evolve our global compensation and total rewards strategy, designing systems that are competitive, internally consistent and scalable for long‑term sustainability.

You will be the single point of accountability for compensation architecture, partnering with Operations, Legal and Finance to ensure

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Compensation or Total Rewards.
• Ownership of equity programs.
• Experience designing and evolving job architectures and leveling systems.
• Experience operating in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously refine ElevenLabs’ global compensation philosophy.
• Ensure pay, equity, and incentives reinforce attraction, retention, and performance.
• Balance market competitiveness with internal equity and financial discipline.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on complex, high-impact compensation decisions.
• Design equity programs and governance for global total rewards.
