ElevenLabs is scaling rapidly with a distributed workforce across 46+ countries. We seek a seasoned leader to own and evolve global compensation and total rewards strategy, designing scalable systems that stay competitive in frontier AI markets while maintaining internal equity and financial discipline.

You will partner with Operations, Legal and Finance to drive equity design, governance, and pay consistency across regions, enabling sustainable growth and high performance.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Compensation or Total Rewards.
• Ownership of equity programs.
• Experience building scalable compensation systems.
• Experience designing job architectures and leveling systems.
• Experience operating in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments.

• Own and refine ElevenLabs’ global compensation philosophy.
• Ensure pay, equity, and incentives reinforce attraction, retention, and performance.
• Balance market competitiveness with internal equity and financial discipline.
• Serve as trusted advisor on high-impact compensation decisions.
