Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior commercial or legal leadership role.
• Strong understanding of international contracts law and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrable track record of leading commercial initiatives in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Lead and mentor the Associate Director and team heads.
• Manage P&L responsibility and cost control.
