Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, import/export operations, or supply chain coordination is a plus.
• Strong understanding of international shipping documentation, customs processes, and transportation requirements.
• Experience coordinating shipments across multiple regions, including EU and international destinations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with documentation and compliance records.
• Experience with ERP/transportation systems or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare import and transportation documentation for EU and ROW shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and company requirements.
• Coordinate inbound transportation activities, arranging collections and transport bookings efficiently.
• Act as a key contact for clinical sites, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays to ensure on-time delivery and returns of equipment.
• Provide freight quotations, shipping costs, invoices, and transport information to customers.
