Sharp Clinical Services (UK) Ltd. in Rhymney, Wales, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to coordinate international shipments, act as the main client contact, and ensure compliant documentation and timely deliveries for clinical supply chains.

You will manage shipping records, liaise with couriers, brokers, and internal teams, and ensure adherence to GMP/GDP standards while supporting ongoing projects and client requirements.

Qualificações

• Logistics/import/export experience required.
• Knowledge of trade regulations, HMRC rules and Incoterms.
• Experience preparing shipping and customs documents.
• Client or account management with clear communication.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main contact for allocated clients and studies, providing updates.
• Coordinate international shipments from origin to destination with couriers and brokers.
• Prepare, review and manage shipping and customs documentation (invoices, bills of lading, declarations).
• Classify goods and assist with duties and taxes per HMRC and trade regulations.
• Manage logistics for distribution projects including retrieval, return and destruction of trial materials.
• Review project info, identify missing data, and provide shipping advice per agreements.
• Maintain reports and invoicing, escalate delays and propose solutions.
• Follow company SOPs, client instructions and GMP/GDP requirements.
• Support wider projects as needed.
