Job summary

Resonant Inc. is seeking a Transportation & Logistics Sr. Associate in the UK to ensure timely, compliant movement of clinical trial equipment and materials globally.

You will coordinate inbound shipments, manage customs requirements, and work with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to meet service targets. You will oversee documentation, track shipments, provide cost information, and support process improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping docs, customs, and regs.
• Experience coordinating EU and international shipments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate documentation and compliance record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Prepare import and transportation documents for EU and ROW shipments.
• Coordinate inbound transport and bookings efficiently.
• Act as primary contact for sites, carriers, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide freight quotes, costs, and invoices to customers.
• Verify invoices against quotations and contracts.
• Maintain shipment records in ERP and tracking tools.
• Escalate issues and communicate shipment status regularly.
• Support continuous improvement in logistics processes.
