Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science, supply chain, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 4 years in clinical supply management.
• Experience in forecasting tools and knowledge of ICH, GCP, CFR, EMA GMP/GDP guidelines.
• Global logistics experience including depots, import/export, and project management.
• Strong understanding of GMP/GDP and regulatory requirements for clinical supply labeling.
• Experience with Interactive Response Technology (IRT) in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Interpret study protocols into accurate clinical drug supply forecasts.
• Develop and maintain study drug demand projections and supply plans across trial lifecycles.
• Use simulation tools to design risk-based clinical supply strategies.
• Monitor enrolment changes and reforecast supply requirements.
• Manage IRT supply strategy from specification to UAT and oversight.
• Oversee inventory across depots and warehouses to avoid stock-outs.
• Coordinate manufacturing, packaging, and distribution with clients and vendors.
• Support budgeting, process improvement, and training within clinical supply operations.
