Job description

Job Title: Global Clinical Trainer

As part of the Global Marketing team, the Global Clinical Trainer will bring expertise in the implementation and tactics of educational programs (internal/external) for healthcare professionals, patients, and supporting the education process for sales and marketing teams. In line with the marketing strategy, the trainer will support the development, coordination, promotion, and follow-up of programs to assist the marketing and sales teams in achieving company objectives. The role involves managing and providing technical and clinical training of Sinclair EBD devices to internal staff, distributors, and end customers at international and national levels to ensure correct product knowledge.

This role is open to hybrid in-house candidates in Spain or London, or to remote freelance candidates.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct clinical training sessions as a trainer.
  2. Draft and review documentation necessary for clinical training.
  3. Deliver internal and external training sessions.
  4. Train customers on treatment protocols and equipment usage.
  5. Support end customer inquiries (doctors, distributors, large accounts, and general customers).
  6. Report clinical or technical incidents reported by clients to the relevant department.
  7. Report training activities to the Global Training Director.
  8. Assist customers in promoting Sinclair products in their practices.
  9. Support the creation and execution of the global clinical training plan.
  10. Collaborate with R+D projects.
  11. Support programs for healthcare professionals across different product ranges.
  12. Assist in developing new clinical applications or therapeutic options.
  13. Support and promote the development of a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  14. Enhance program support by integrating clinical sales, patient pathways, and scientific guidelines.
  15. Coordinate communication of training programs across regions.
  16. Support healthcare professionals' certification needs through innovative solutions.
  17. Plan and coordinate online training programs.
  18. Assist in the certification of the commercial teams.
  19. Support educational activities at conferences and scientific events.
  20. Facilitate advisory boards and focus groups to inform strategic marketing.
  21. Follow up and record all training activities.
Essential Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Training, or Marketing.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in medical education.
  • Knowledge of the aesthetic or cosmetic industry.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage priorities.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to travel freely.
Preferred Experience:
  • Nurse or other clinical certification (preferred).
  • Coaching qualification (a plus).
  • Experience in program management/training in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of second and/or third languages.
