Critical Care – Clinical Trainer + Educator, Surrey

Job Description:

We are seeking a Clinical Educator to train and educate clinical end users on medical devices used in hospitals. This includes working with ICU, theatre, A+E, NICU, and ambulance services, providing expert training on infusion pumps, vascular access devices, and blood pressure monitoring equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Train clinical staff on medical devices
• Support pre-sales trials and post-sales implementation
• Collaborate with Clinical Education and Sales teams
• Engage with customers across various clinical settings

Requirements:

• Clinical background (critical care, nurse, ODP, physiotherapist, paramedic, respiratory physiologist, etc.)
• Ideally possess an active PIN
• Desire to educate and some experience in training
• Full driving license and willingness to travel (up to 5 days/week)
• Passion for the role

Package:

• Basic salary: £40,000 - 45,000 (depending on experience)
• Bonus: 14% of basic salary
