The Digital Commerce team drives sales through our online customers including; Bricks & Clicks, Pureplay, QCom & B2B, planning, negotiating and delivering commercial and onsite demand plans to grow share within our category.

About The Role

Reporting into the Head of Digital Commerce, the Digital Commerce Pureplay Lead will own the customer relationship with Amazon (Core, Fresh), Ocado (including Zoom), and the internal relationship with Beerwulf. The role will have 1-2 direct reports.

You will lead joint business plan negotiations leveraging pricing, price pack architecture, promotions, mix, and terms to deliver target share, revenue, profit, and volume for Heineken UK.

Some Of The Roles Responsibilities Include

  • Being the main point of contact for Amazon (Core & Fresh), Ocado (including Zoom), and Beerwulf (internal), with full account management responsibilities.
  • Creating and championing customer understanding within Heineken UK to ensure customer processes to drive results are in place.
  • Working closely with cross-functional partners in finance, supply, marketing, RMG, and category to ensure joined-up demand and activation plans.
  • Identifying new customers and routes to market to focus on high demand growth customers.
  • Understanding commercial levers to create trade agreements that deliver on targets over the long term.
  • Utilising Heineken UK-wide commercial processes to ensure exceptional execution of plans with customers.

About The Person We're Looking For

We're seeking a Digital Commerce leader with experience in online trading, merchandising, content, negotiations, and activation, with a strong commercial understanding to bring together the end-to-end digital plan to deliver performance.

Other Things You May Have

  • Experience and/or appreciation of Pureplay customers.
  • A strong communicator who can drive change and advocate within the Heineken UK business to enable online performance within the channel.
