The Company

Our client is a UK medical device distributor specialising in surgical solutions, including powered staplers, hernia meshes, and energy devices. Known for clinical quality and innovation, they are expanding rapidly across UK theatres, driven by recent successful product launches and ongoing investments in staff and portfolio growth.

The Role

As a Clinical Specialist, you will deliver in-theatre clinical training, product support, and education to stakeholders such as colorectal and gynae surgeons, theatre nurses, procurement, and clinical teams. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring effective implementation of surgical technologies and expanding product usage in key accounts
  • Supporting clinical cases and building strong relationships to foster product adoption and customer confidence
  • Regular hospital visits across London and the South East, collaborating closely with the wider commercial team
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong clinical background, preferably with theatre experience, and confident engagement with surgical teams and procurement professionals
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own schedule independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clinical support and relationship building
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
The Package
  • Basic Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Bonus: £12,000 OTE
  • Car Allowance: £600/month
  • Benefits: Daily lunch allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, career progression opportunities
