Job summary

Canopius is seeking an experienced Claims Oversight professional to provide operational, technical, and administrative support within a dynamic claims environment.

You will govern offshore/nearshore partners, oversee claims controls, and coordinate bordereaux queries using Intrali, while updating SOPs and building strong internal and external relationships to deliver the claims strategy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience providing operational, technical, and administrative support within a claims environment.
• Proven ability to oversee offshore/nearshore service providers and remediation actions.
• Experience overseeing claims controls, identifying failures, and reporting issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and governance of offshore/nearshore partners delivering claims services.
• Oversee operation of claims controls and report/control failures.
• Coordinate and resolve bordereaux queries via Intrali and other tools.
• Update and enforce claims SOPs to ensure optimal processes.
• Develop internal and external stakeholder networks to support claims vision.
• Support the Claims Operations team with queries and monthly status reporting.
• Contribute to the implementation of the claims strategy and transformation initiatives.
