Job summary

SiriusPoint, a global underwriter, seeks a seasoned Claims Operations Manager to lead day-to-day claims operations and drive efficiency. You will coordinate with Finance, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Legal and IT to ensure high-quality support across the claims lifecycle in a London-based team.

The role requires 5+ years in claims operations, strong governance and data reporting capabilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement and transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in claims operations or insurance operations.
• Strong understanding of the commercial claims lifecycle across complex environments.
• Experience supporting performance management, MI reporting, governance and audits.
• Experience with claims systems, workflow tools and data sets.

Responsibilities

• Operational management: Support day-to-day running of the Claims Operations function across business lines.
• Process ownership and improvement: Maintain and improve claims operating procedures to simplify workflows and controls.
• Performance reporting: Produce MI, dashboards and KPI reporting for volumes, cycle times and service performance.
• Governance and controls: Support governance, audit readiness, control testing and remediation tracking.
• Stakeholder coordination: Liaise between Claims, Finance, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Legal, IT and external partners.
• Data and systems support: Maintain data quality across claims platforms and reporting tools.
• Vendor and third-party oversight: Monitor TPAs, loss adjusters and other service partners.
• Regulatory and audit support: Assist with regulatory expectations and audit requests.
• Change delivery: Contribute to transformation initiatives and automation.
