bp is seeking a Project Manager/Change Manager to drive large-scale transformations within its Technology organization. The role blends project and change management to help teams adopt new ways of working across a global, hybrid environment.

You will collaborate with senior partners to deliver change programs, develop detailed plans, and design engagement strategies that drive adoption and business value.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Curiosity to learn and adopt emerging tools like Figma Make, Loveable, Claude, SharePoint, Confluence and AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience with metrics and analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Knowledge and Change Document Support: coordinate across teams to create user journeys, task flows and service blueprints.
• Change management Support: assist org design activities, analyze data and manage timelines.
• Project and programme management: develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and roadmaps.
• Engagement and training: design cross-functional engagement plans and training approaches for new processes and platforms.
• Metrics and analytics: develop and track KPIs to measure change impact and performance.
• AI-assisted exploration: apply AI tools for early exploration and research, with human oversight.
