Job summary

You will lead communications, engagement and training, collaborating with project teams to ensure changes are understood and embedded. Travel up to 20% and a hybrid work pattern are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of change management, transformation or organisational change.
• Experience supporting technology-enabled change projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business users.
• Experience in complex, international or multi-site organisations.
• Experience with ERP, digital transformation, systems implementation or process improvement would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support business transformation projects from planning through to implementation.
• Help teams understand the impact of upcoming changes and prepare them for transition.
• Develop communications and engagement plans.
• Support training activities and gather feedback from users.
• Work with stakeholders across different areas of the business.
• Identify challenges and help teams overcome barriers to successful change.
• Travel 20% of the time.
