Job summary

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and Change Document Support: Coordinate across multiple teams to pull together coherent documents to support change.
• Change management Support: Provide support on org design activities and data analysis and manage project timelines.
• Project and programme management: Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and roadmaps; align with bp’s objectives.
• Engagement and training: Design cross-functional engagement plans and multi-channel campaigns; develop training for new processes and tools.
• Metrics and analytics: Identify, develop, implement and track impact metrics against targets and competitors.
• AI-assisted exploration: Use AI tools for early exploration and content refinement with human review.
