Qualifications

• Knowledge of change frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP) is essential.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and creation of integrated change plans across programmes and projects.
• Develop a strategic narrative aligning multiple changes and articulating cumulative value.
• Apply organisational change frameworks, standards, and principles.
• Provide a single view of change impacts across teams.
• Support decision-making on timing and sequencing of change.
• Work with Lead Change Managers to coordinate delivery.
