Outcomes First Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic business change across a growing, multi-site organisation undergoing significant transformation. The role sits within the UK Transformation function and involves collaboration across the Group and with international stakeholders.

This is a fast-paced role requiring a broad skillset in change management, business analysis, and technology-enabled transformation.

Qualificações

• Significant experience delivering end-to-end business change or transformation projects, operating independently as a PM.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities within a transformation portfolio.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Facilitation of workshops, requirements gathering and problem solving.
• Solid governance knowledge: risk, budget, resources, timelines, dependencies and reporting.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, preferably in regulated or multi-site settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business change and transformation projects, typically managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Deliver projects ranging from local operational change to regional systems implementations and broader transformation.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resources, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Operate autonomously within a fast-paced and evolving transformation environment.
• Plan and facilitate workshops to establish requirements and define delivery outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the UK and wider Group, guiding adoption of change.
